I'm commonly asked if we sell two different brightness red LEDs for this job. We don't and the automotive industry doesn't solve the problem like this either. What they do is far more low tech. Have two lighting circuits. One that lights the rear lights and one for breaking, which is essentially the rest. Consider this as the example x = LED off, 0 = LED on.
