Yeah I've found it gets harder and harder to line up with each layer you add, frustrating sometimes!

Having only done a 3x3x3, I can only guess at how much fun it is joining the layers together!!
I did more or less what you did Al, putting a small kink in the leg allowing it to solder to the layer below. Although this doesn't look great and does tend to make it difficult to get everything really 'square'.
I have been racking my brains for some sort of method to use to join the layers that will get round this and have come up with exactly zilch at the moment. :cry:
